I spend my days as a wife, mother, homemaker, and homeschooler.
I'm passionate about nutrition and have been for the past decade.
I have an advanced degree in psychology.
However, I am not a physician, so please consider that when it comes to

I love how I feel when I feed my body well.
I love seeing my husband and my children enjoying the same energy and joy.
And that is what I hope to share with you!
Over the past decade I have been somewhat of a nutritional nomad,
experimenting with a variety of diets, from Vegan to Paleo.
But I keep coming back to the basics.
Real foods.
All food groups.
Made from a plant or ate plants.
Not made in a plant.
Foods as close to the form in which they were created.
